Jon and Andrea's Big Day

Well, the weekend was here and gone. What an amazing weekend. It's always so special to see two lives becoming one. It was also just a precious time with all of our family. There were so many memories... Elijah leading little Zeke down the aisle looking so grown up, Emmy dancing like a fool at the reception (no, SERIOUSLY, you've never seen anything like it- she was a dancing QUEEN!), Jason referring to Andrea as "a little brat"-albeit affectionately- during the giving of the rings, Andrea crying like there was no tomorrow during the father-daughter dance, Kelley getting asking to dance by an EXTREMELY handsome man and totally playing it cool.... and the list could go on and on. More than anything it was just a beautiful time for all of us who call ourselves Grates!! Hope you enjoy all the pictures!

Andrea married Jon Gornflo. He's the son of Jason's high school principal. The way they met was complete providence and makes for a pretty good story. He looks quite a bit like Jay, too bad I didn't have any pics of him on my camera. I'm sure Kelley's site will have some soon!

Oh, what great pictures! It looks like you all had a great time. So did Jason marry them? I am assuming he didn't just stand up during the rings ceremony to call her a brat. hee hee

Holly,
Glad you put the pictures up. Since I was there personally I can vouch they were a handsome threesome. Your husband always makes the ceremony special and Andrea's was no different. It was indeed a wonderful time and everything was great. or should I say GRATE. Your song before the wedding was so good.

When Emmy ran up and yelled Hi dad and gave him a big hug and kiss that stole the moment. Glad you made it home ok.

Love your cousin by default

Hey, what a cute fam. I'm in total awe of how Holly got all those kids (including J) in suits and dresses - exhausting. But so worth it.
